Summer Reading Program Going Strong!

Come into the library and participate in the many activities for all ages.  Pick up an event calendar to take home.

For Adults:

Weekly you can play the "Name that Author" picture puzzle.  Daily a piece of the puzzle is added to identify the author of the week.  Each day another clue is added to the puzzle piece to help solve the mystery.  Winners receive a coupon to Wendy's and a coupon for the prize drawing at the end of the summer reading program.

For Teens:

Check the calendar for special programs for teens and tweens on Tuesdays and Fridays.  The theme is Metamorphosis and you can find many ways to make changes that are fun and beneficial!  Click onto the Teen web link to learn more about the teen programs.  Also, be sure to sign up for the Summer Reading Program to win prizes.

For Children:

Monday through Friday you have plenty of programs to choose from at the library.  Reading is the key to a successful summer and it is so much FUN at the library.  Check out the Kids Page for more information.

Summer Reading FINAL PROGRAM

Starting at 10 am there will be games and activities for all summer reading participants.  It will be a family affair.  Local entertainment and a picnic lunch will be provided the Friends of the Library.  Top reader prizes will be awarded to Adults and Children.  The stage will be set for the highly anticipated Talent Show!!  Bring your blanket, lawn chairs, and talent.
